"Customer service was just okay"
I can only speak from my experience, but the customer service felt just okay. It took a while for them to get back to me, so I wasn’t super impressed, though I don’t know if that’s always the case.

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I’m frustrated because I’m still waiting for my order and it feels like it’s taking forever. I was excited when I placed it, but the longer it takes with no update, the more disappointed I feel. The slow shipping really takes away from the whole experience.

"Box showed up beat up"
I’m not sure if I’m being too picky, but the package arrived in rough shape. The item itself seems fine, I guess, but the box was crushed on one side and the squishy was just loose inside with barely any protection. It looked like it had been tossed around a lot during shipping. I’m glad the item wasn’t ruined, but I’m still not really happy with how it showed up.

"Shockingly, I got what I ordered"
Everything actually matched my order, which apparently feels like a small miracle these days. No issues, so that was nice.

"Cute at first, but the paint didn’t hold up"
The squishy itself felt really nice and soft, and it was satisfying to squeeze while I was watching TV. I’ve been weirdly into little desk toys lately, probably because my workspace is always a mess anyway. But the paint started rubbing off way sooner than I expected, which was disappointing. It’s still usable, but the quality was just kind of okay overall.

"Cute squishies for the price, but watch the small ones"
I got more than I expected for the money. The squishies are cute and my kids were excited to play with them. Just a heads up for anyone buying these, some are small, so I’d be careful around younger kids or pets who might try to put them in their mouth
